Easy Apricot-Apple Chutney
If you don’t have a surplus of fresh fruit laying around or a lot of time this chutney only takes a few minutes to make. Substitute any fruit combinations you desire!
ingredients
- 6 oz no sugar added apricot jam
- 6 oz unsweetened organic apple sauce
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger julienned
- 1 tsp crushed chili-pepper

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan on med-low heat. Simmer and stir frequently for 15-20 min, or until thickens.

Allow to cool before serving. Keeps for 6 months.
