BAKED CHEESE POTATOES
ingredients
- 2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
- (the shredded ones bake the best)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar grated cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Grated onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crushed cornflakes
- Parmesan cheese
directions
Mix together everything but cornflakes, and parmesan cheese. Put in greased 9x13 pan, top with cornflakes and parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or till brown and bubbly
