Baked Artichoke Dip

ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained (14 oz.)
  • 4 large garlic gloves, minced
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan or Romano cheese

directions

Run artichoke hearts and garlic through food processor. Combine 1/2 cup cheese, lemon juice, mayonnaise and cream cheese. Mix well with artichoke-garlic mixture. Put mixture in a 9x9 baking dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and remaining cheese. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes until bubbly. Serve with chips, vegetable dippers, bread or crackers.
