Reese's Cup Cake
ingredients
- Cake:
- Melt 2 sticks of margarine on low heat. Let cool and add 2 well beaten eggs, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup buttermilk. Cook on medium heat until bubbly. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir together 2 cups self-rising flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 2 cups sugar. To this add cooked ingredients and mix well. Cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in a 9x13 pan.
- Topping:
- Blend small jar of peanut butter with 1/2 tablespoon oil. Spread over hot cake and cool, before frosting.

Mix together 1 stick melted butter, 1/4 cup cocoa, 5 tablespoons buttermilk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 box powdered sugar. Spread on top of cooled cake topping.
