Chicken Florentine Artichoke Bake
ingredients
- 8 oz dried bowtie pasta
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbl butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp crushed pepper
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
- 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1/2 cup oil packed dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbl butter, melted
