Pulled Pork
ingredients
- 4 Pounds pork shoulder
- 3 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon paprika
- 1 Tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Brine
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon salt

In a bowl mix all the first set dried ingredients together. Rub mixture all over the pork and refrigerate overnight.

Combine the brine together in a crock pot. Place the seasoned pork in and cook on low for 10 hours. Drain the liquid, and allow the pork to cool enough to handle. Shard with a fork and dress with barbecue sauce. Reheat till warm.
