Cracker Snacks
ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flax seed
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 sunflower seeds or any other
- 4 tbsp or so sour cream or milk
directions
Mix first 4 ingredients well and then incorporate the margarine. Then add enough liquid to moisten but not too much. Roll into small balls between sheets of wax paper. Gently remove top sheet and ease off. Bake at 350°F until light brown and crisp - 7 - 10 minutes.
