Herb Roasted Chicken Breasts
ingredients
- 3 large cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp. dried)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano (or 1 tsp. dried)
- 6 large chicken breast halves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup dry white wine

Preheat oven to 375. Combine garlic and herbs. Arrange chicken in large roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Rub with garlic mixture; drizzle with olive oil. Pour wine into bottom of pan.

Bake about 30 minutes. Remove from oven.

Preheat broiler. Broil chicken about 3 minutes, until skin browns. Transfer to platter and serve.
