Clearwater Casserole

ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb ground round beef
- 1 can corn
- 1 can or jar salsa
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 boxes Betty Crocker Corn Bread Mix(made with milk, eggs, butter)
directions
Cook onions until translucent. Add beef and brown. Add corn and salsa. Put in a 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Layer with cheddar cheese over meat. Spread Corm muffin mixture over cheese. Bake 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until cornbread is golden or lightly brown.
