Bacon-Wrapped Chicken

ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 small carton whipped cream cheese with onion & chives
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 6 strips bacon

directions

Flatten chicken to 1/2 inch thickness. Spread each piece with 3 tbsp cream cheese, small amount of butter, and salt and pepper to taste. Roll up and wrap each roll with one strip of bacon. Place open side down into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 400° for 35-40 minutes until chicken juices run clear. Broil for 5 minutes to crisp the bacon.
