CATHY'S CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP
Um, um, good.
ingredients
- 3-4 new potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 6 cups water
- 3-4 boullion cubes
- 20oz bag of frozen broccoli or two heads fresh broccoli
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pound Velveta cheese
directions

Dice potatoes and onion and simmer in water. Add chicken boullion cubes.

When vegetables are tender, add broccoli and continue to cook until broccoli is tender.

Add cream of chicken soup and cheese.

Stir until blended.
