ingredients

  • 3-4 new potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 6 cups water
  • 3-4 boullion cubes
  • 20oz bag of frozen broccoli or two heads fresh broccoli
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pound Velveta cheese

directions

  • 1

    Dice potatoes and onion and simmer in water. Add chicken boullion cubes.

  • 2

    When vegetables are tender, add broccoli and continue to cook until broccoli is tender.

  • 3

    Add cream of chicken soup and cheese.

  • 4

    Stir until blended.
