Taco Stuff Pasta Shells
Easy and Delicious!
ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning (we use Ortega)
- 1-4oz cream cheese
- 12 - large pasta shells
- 1 cup taco sauce (Ortega Sauce)
- 1 cups salsa (we use our homemade)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 cups tortilla chips (broken) or Doritos
- 3 green onions - shopped
- 1 cup sour cream

In a fry pan cook ground beef and add taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions. Add cream cheese cover and simmer until cheese is melted. Blend well. Set aside and allow to fully cool. While burger is cooking cook the (UNDER-COOK) pasta shells, drain and toss well with butter.

Pour Salas in bottom of 9 x 13" baking dish. (Spray with Pam)

Stuff each shell with meat mixture. Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish and cover the tops of the shells with the taco sauce.

Cover and bake in the oven at 350 deg for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, uncover, and sprinkle with crushed chips and shredded cheese on top. Cook for about 15 more minutes.

Serve with Sour cream, salsa, black olives or whatever you like with your tacos.
