Skinny Egg Custard
ingredients
- 1 medium egg, beaten
- 1 cup skim milk
- 4 teaspoons artificial sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until blended. Pour into a 1 1/2 cup custard cup. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg.

Set cup in baking pan and pour in 1/2 inch hot water. Bake at 325° oven for one hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or chilled. Makes one morning or midday meal serving.
