ingredients
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Cup Nuts
- 1 lb. Chopped Dates
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 Tsp Baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2
Beat egg yolks. Combine with sugar and stir until creamy. Mix together dry ingredients and add nuts and dates.

Add stiffly beaten egg whites alternatively with flour mixture to the yolks and sugar. BAke in 13x9 pan 30 minutes.

Cut while still warm and roll in powdered sugar
