CRAB COCKTAIL PIZZA
HOT & HEARTY
ingredients
- 10 ounces thin refrigerated pizza crust
- 3/4 cup seafood cocktail sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 10 ounces crab meat
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Mix cocktail sauce and sour cream and spread on pizza crust

Sprinkle 1 cup cheese
- 3
Layer onion, olives, and crab meat
- 4
Sprinkle lemon and dill
- 5
Sprinkle remaining jack cheese and Parmesan
- 6
Bake at 425° for 10-12 minutes
