Spinach, Goat Cheese and Mushroom Strata
We love this Strata at family holiday brunches and prepare most of the ingredients the night before. Enjoy!

In a separate large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, nutmeg and salt and pepper. Pour over the bread and veggies. Allow to stand for 15 minutes before placing in a 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes, or until eggs are set and the dish is slightly puffy.
