Spicy Guacamole
A favourite for our Friday Taco Night, served with burritos, and strong Margaritas to wash them all down.
ingredients
- You’ll Need:
- 3 Ripe Avocado’s, Halved, and Pitted
- 1 Tomato, Cubed
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- 1/4 White or Red Onion, Minced
- 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Salt
- 1 Jalepeno Pepper, Minced Fine with Seeds.

Chop the avocado in large wedges and add to bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients and with a fork, mash the avocado a tiny bit, making it chunky, but creamy.

Serve after being chilled for minimum of 1 hour.
