Mild Mango-Cilantro Salsa
ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced thinly
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 T fresh cilantro, chopped finely
- 1 serrano pepper, chopped and seeds discarded
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Adjust hotness by adding more pepper, if you wish. Let sit for an hour or so to let the flavors meld.
