Pumpkin Pecan Streusel
This is so rich and decadent, but for some reason you can’t stop eating it!
ingredients
- 1 large can pumpkin
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups melted butter

Mix all ingredients except cake mix and butter and pour into a 9 X 13 cake pan. Sprinkle the cake mix and the pecans evenly on top of the batter, then pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix. (Do not stir) Bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until center is fairly firm.

Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
