Pesto
ingredients
- 1 tbsp toasted pine nuts
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 2 3/4 cup basil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 2 teasp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
directions

Process pine nuts and garlic in food processor until minced.

Add basil, cheese and lemon juice and process until finely minced.

With processor on, slowly pour in oil and process until well blended.
notes
If freezing, omit the cheese and add it later.
