Broccoli Cheese Souffle
ingredients
- 6 slices bread, with crusts trimmed
- 1 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsps. salt
- 1 tsp dried mustard
- 4 cups milk
- 1 T chopped onion
- 1 ten-ounce package frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
- Paprika

Arrange bread in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch greased casserole dish. Mix together cheese, eggs, salt, mustard, milk, onion, and broccoli. Pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight.

Remove from the refrigerator 45 minutes before baking. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until brown and bubbly.
