Green Apple & Peanut Butter Enchiladas
This recipe is now where near healthy but it’s soooo good!! Definitely a good splurge!!
ingredients
- 2-8oz can of crescent rolls
- 2 sticks of butter
- 4 green apples, peeled, seeded, and sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 12 oz Mountain Dew
directions
Melt butter over medium-low heat in a medium saucepan. Add sugar and cinnamon and blend well. Unroll crescent rolls and place a generous dab of peanut butter on the roll, top with green apple slices on each. Roll from large end to small end and place in a 13x9 backing dish. Pur butter mixture over each, and then pour the mountain dew over the top of the dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Goes GREAT with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!!!
