Flourless Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookies
Soft and chewy, these cookies are easy to make
ingredients
- 1C (258g) Peanut Butter
- 1C (225g) Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1t (5g) Baking Soda
- 1/2t (2g) Vanilla
- 1C (168g) Semisweet Chocolate Chips (6oz)

Preheat oven to 350°.

In a medium bowl mix the peanut butter, sugar, egg, baking soda, and vanilla until smooth.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Wet hands and form dough into 24 cookie balls. (Each ball will be just over 1 tablespoon.)

Arrange on two parchment paper lined cookie sheets. (Space two inches apart.)

Bake for 12 minutes. Cookies will be golden on bottom but still soft to touch in center.
notes
Chunky or smooth peanut butter can be used.
