Mini Lox Bagels with Dill
Simple and Elegant, these little bite sized sandwiches are a more sophisticated version of the Tea-time tuna sandwiches and egg salad.
ingredients
- You’ll Need:
- 1 Bag Mini Bagels
- 150 Grams Smoked Salmon, Cut into small pieces to fit the Bagels
- 1 Bunch Fresh Dill
- 1 Cup Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese
- 15 Caper Berries, Drained and Chopped fine
- Lemon Juice from 1/2 Lemon

Cut the mini bagels length wise, if they are not pre-cut.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, capers, and lemon juice.

Once well incorporated, spread about 1/2 tablespoon on each bottom half of the sliced bagels.

Lay 2 sliced pieces of the smoked salmon nicely on the cream cheese

mixture. Tear off long pieces of dill weed from the bunch and place in the hole of the middle, closing it in the sandwich. (So it sticks out of the Bagel.)
