A taste of south of the border in a quick, tasty casserole.
- 1 lb ground beef, ground turkey or vegetarian crumbles
- 1 16 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 8 oz pkg shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 4oz can chopped green chilies
- 6 to 8 small flour tortillas
