Hash Brown Casserole

ingredients

  • 4 cup Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 1 onion cubed
  • 8 cup french bread - crusts cut off
  • 1 lb. cooked sausage
  • Custard: 2 1/4 cup milk
  • 8 eggs
  • bit of nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • Add: 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar

directions

    Put hash browns in sprayed dish. Then sauté onion and put on top. Then put 8 cups of bread on top. Then add 1b. sausage on top.

    Mix up the custard. - Whisk well

  • 3

    Pour over bread mixture.

    Top with cheeses..Bake 350°F. - 45 minutes
