Antipasta on a stick
ingredients
- 1/4 pound smoked ham (6 slices)
- 1/4 pound Genoa salami (6 slices)
- 1/4 pound provolone cheese (6 slices)
- 24 pepperoncini peppers
- 24 lg pitted black olives
- 24 spanish olives
- jar of roasted red peppers drained and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 8 oz Italian dressing
- 4 inch wooden skewers

Layer ham, cheese and salami; roll up tightly and cut into 4 equal pieces discarding ends. Repeat with remaining. Thread skewers starting with pepperocini, meat and cheese roll, red pepper, black olive, another red pepper and green olive last.

Place in 9x13 pan and pour dressing on top. Chill at least 30 minutes.
notes
If you buy meat and cheese from Deli make sure it is thick enough to roll.
