Russian Tea Balls
ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
directions
Cream together butter and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Roll into 1/2 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for approximately 8 minutes at 350° or until beginning to turn brown. Remove from oven and while still warm roll in additional powdered sugar.
