Chicken Caesar Salad
This recipe is a great dinner and is also great as a Shabbos lunch dish!
ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 pkg. chicken breasts
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- Caesar Salad Dressing
directions

Clean chicken breasts and slice into 1" wide strips.

Lay chicken as single layer and sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika over chicken.

Flip chicken over to coat the other side.

Grill chicken about 7 minutes on george foreman grill or until done (but not burned or dried out).

While chicken is cooking, wash and chop lettuce and cucumber, and then add the croutons.

Once chicken is finished cooking, cut into bite size pieces and add to salad.

Toss with Caesar salad dressing.

Great for a quick healthy dinner! Now that you're in NY, I think supersol has great caesar dressing and thats what I originally used on this recipe.
