Breads - Genevieve’s Jayhawk Brown Bread
A recipe from Genevieve Shotwell, who befriend ed me in my first year of teaching at Bay Center.
ingredients
- 1 C. raisins
- 1 T. water
- 2 C. flour
- 2 C. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 C. sour milk (or buttermilk)
- 1/2 C. molasses
