  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Head broccoli- chopped
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 1- package Ramen Noodles
  • 1 Cup chopped Walnuts
  • DRESSING:
  • 1 Cup vegetable oil – USE 1/2 OR LESS CUP OF VEGETABLE OIL
  • 1 Cup sugar – USE 1/2 cup SPLENDA
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 Cup of red wine vinegar

    BROWN IN BUTTER THE NOODLES AND WALNUTS

    Toss in salad when cool

  • 3

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Dressing: (PREPARE BUT DO NOT ADD UNTIL JUST BEFORE SERVING)

    MIX UP DRESSING INGREDIENTS

    Shake well

  • 7

    Pour over salad just before serving
