Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie

ingredients

  • 1 Prepared pie crust
  • 15 oz Can of pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup Splenda granulated sweetener
  • 2 Tbls Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Fat free half and half
  • 1/2 cup Egg substitute
  • 3 Tbls Heavy cream
  • 1 Tbls Vanilla

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Blend Splenda, pumpkin puree, cornstarch, spices and salt in a medium bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well

    blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake in preheated oven for 35 – 40 minutes or until set in center and crust is golden

    brown.
