Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie
ingredients
- 1 Prepared pie crust
- 15 oz Can of pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup Splenda granulated sweetener
- 2 Tbls Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Fat free half and half
- 1/2 cup Egg substitute
- 3 Tbls Heavy cream
- 1 Tbls Vanilla

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Blend Splenda, pumpkin puree, cornstarch, spices and salt in a medium bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well

blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake in preheated oven for 35 – 40 minutes or until set in center and crust is golden

brown.
