QUICK BROCCOLI SOUP
ingredients
- One 20 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli
- Three 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
- One soup can milk
- Three tbsp. minced onions
- One 1 lb. package processed American cheese thinly sliced or 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
directions
Cook broccoli according to package directions until done. Drain. Combine broccoli, soup, and milk in a saucepan. Add onions and cook on low heat until warm. Add cheese. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
