Carrot Cake

• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups grated carrots

Frosting

• 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
• 1 lb powdered sugar
• 1 stick butter
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup coconut
• 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
