Mom's Salami Bread
From Cathy Towers. She always makes an extra one for her brother - Tom D. - because he loves them so much.
ingredients
- One package pre-made, frozen pizza dough
- 1/4 lbs. hard Genoa salami
- 1/4 lbs. hard pepperoni
- 1 package shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of your choice)
- Sesame seeds
- 1 egg (separated)

Place dough in greased bowl to rise overnight or leave out at room temperate for an hour.

Roll out dough.

Spread with egg yolk, spread shredded mozzarella (or other cheese), layer salami and pepperoni.

Repeat as necessary.

Roll up and pinch edges to keep juices in.

Spread with remaining egg white, sprinkle with sesame seeds, place on greased cookie sheet or on tin foil.

Bake at 350 until golden brown (about 30-40 minutes).

Let rest, slice and serve.
