Diane's Chicken Wings

These hot wings were always a favorite of Kyle’s whenever he helped Diane load hay.

Mix together the first four ingredients. Sprinkle chicken wings with cajun seasoning then dip in batter. Fry in hot vegetable oil. Drain on paper towels. Serve.
