Pats New Yok Style Crumb Cake

Crumb cake just like Grandpa Fossa used to bring us from the bakery.
ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- premade pie filling (optional)
- Topping:
- 4 sticks butter
- 3 tbsp. cinnamon
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 cup flour
- pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients for the cake together. Pour into a 12x17 greased pan and bake for 16 minutes at 350. While the cake is baking mix all dry ingredients for the topping together then add liquid. Mix until you have a coarse crumb.

After 16 minutes in the oven take the cake out and top with pie filling (if you are using it) and crumbs. Return to oven and bake for 20 more minutes. When cake is cooled sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
