Easy Salmon Fillets
ingredients
- Salmon fillets, skin on
- lemon, sliced
- onion, sliced
- fresh dill
- salt & pepper
- Sauce
- mayonnaise
- dijon mustard
- minced fresh dill

Lay salmon, skin side down, in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with dill sprigs, onion slices and lemon slices, with lemon on top. Cover with saran wrap, cook on high in the microwave - 2 pieces, 7-10 minutes. Until salmon flakes.

Serve with rice, asparagus and/or green beans.
