Twisted Coconut Caramel Brownies
These brownies are killer! One bite and you taste a whole bunch of different things. Coconut, Caramel, Chocolate, Walnuts and more! Oh my! And the best part is, most of the ingredients are already in a box! No one will even know!
ingredients
- You’ll Need:
- 1 Box Betty Crocker Brownie Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup of Milk
- 1/2 Cup Canola Oil
- 1 Squeezable Jar of Icecream Caramel Sauce
- 1 Small bag of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 Jar Marshmallow Fluff
- 1 Handful Walnut pieces
- 1 Handful Pecan pieces
directions
- 1
Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2
Mix the Betty Crocker Brownie Mix following the directions on the back.
- 3
Once you’ve got the batter mixed up, add the Nuts, and Coconut, and stir well. Set aside.
- 4
In 2 shallow baking pans, line with parchment paper.
- 5
Pour the mixture evenly between the two. Bake for the duration on the box.
- 6
When the two pans are done, pull out of the oven and set aside till cooled completely.
- 7
Take the Brownies out of one of the pans and spread the Marshmallow Fluff over the entire top. It might be a little hard to manage, so coat your spatula with Canola Oil.
- 8
Once that’s done, squeeze a good amount of Caramel onto the top of the Fluff.
- 9
Take out the second Pan of Brownies, and press on top of the Fluff and Caramel.
- 10
Wrap into Plastic wrap tightly and place in the refridgerator to make more solid. At least 1 hour.
- 11
Serve in small squares or rectangles, with Powdered Sugar.
- 12
Enjoy.
