Glazed Carrots
ingredients
- 1lb (454g) Baby Carrots
- 1T (20g) Honey
- 1T (15g) Dijon Mustard
- 1T (11g) Butter
- 1/4t (<1g) Cumin
- 1/8t (<1g) Cinnamon
- 1/8t (<1g) Salt
- 1/8t (<1g) Pepper

Steam carrots for 13 minutes.

In a medium bowl, add the rest of the ingredients.

Add steamed carrots to bowl and toss to coat.

Serve warm.
notes
Can substitute margarine for butter. Can substitute regular carrots cut into 2 inch pieces. 1g = .655 calories
