  • 1lb (454g) Baby Carrots
  • 1T (20g) Honey
  • 1T (15g) Dijon Mustard
  • 1T (11g) Butter
  • 1/4t (<1g) Cumin
  • 1/8t (<1g) Cinnamon
  • 1/8t (<1g) Salt
  • 1/8t (<1g) Pepper

    Steam carrots for 13 minutes.

  • 2

    In a medium bowl, add the rest of the ingredients.

    Add steamed carrots to bowl and toss to coat.

  • 4

    Serve warm.

Can substitute margarine for butter. Can substitute regular carrots cut into 2 inch pieces. 1g = .655 calories
