Cheese Squares

ingredients
- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans (chopped)
- 2 cups flour
- 2 8oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp vanilla

Mix Brown sugar,Pecans and flour. Stir in melted butter until mix is crumbly. Reserve 1cup. Press the rest into 15 inch cookie pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Beat cream cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add lemon juice, milk,and vanilla. Pour over baked crust. Put reserved mixture on top. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.
