Banana Bread

ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. bananas (mashed)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- (2) 3 oz. instant banana cream pudding

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix in order

Pour into a greased loaf pan

Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar

(If desired)

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.- 1 hr.
