Mexicana Macaroni

ingredients
- 2 c. macaroni (cooked/drained)
- 3/4 c. mayo
- 2 sm. jars of chopped pimentos
- 2 sm. cans chopped chili peppers (not hot)
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- salt to taste
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
directions
Add the cooked macaroni to the rest of the ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Place in a greased 7x11" baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. Add some grated cheese to the top and bake until browned around the edges.
