ingredients

  • 2 c. macaroni (cooked/drained)
  • 3/4 c. mayo
  • 2 sm. jars of chopped pimentos
  • 2 sm. cans chopped chili peppers (not hot)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • salt to taste
  • 2 c. grated cheddar cheese

directions

Add the cooked macaroni to the rest of the ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Place in a greased 7x11" baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. Add some grated cheese to the top and bake until browned around the edges.
