Smoked Salmon Spread
I always get rave reviews when I make this easy, yummy dip.
ingredients
- 8 ounces Smoked Salmon
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 3 green onions with green parts, chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/3 cup capers, drained
- 1 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- White Pepper to taste
- Cocktail size pumpernickel and/or sour dough bread slices
directions
Blend first seven ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Mix in capers, dill, chives and white pepper. Cover and refrigerate until cold, about 2 hours. Mold salmon onto a serving platter or spoon into a decorative serving bowl. Garnish with dill sprigs and capers. Serve with various breads and crackers.
