Chicken Spaghetti
My favorite casserole.
ingredients
- 3 C. cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 C. chopped celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small jar of pimiento, drained
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 7 oz. pkg vermicelli

Sauté onion and green pepper in a small amount of butter. Cook vermicelli according to package directions. Mix ingredients all together. Bake at 350F, covered, for 30-35 minutes.

This makes enough for 2 casseroles or 1 large one. When dividing, pour 1 can chicken broth over the casserole going into the freezer so that the casserole won’t be dry when you bake it at a later date.
