Aloha Hawaiian Chicken
ingredients
- 4 ob. Chicken legs and thigh pieces
- 1 tsp. Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 Tbl. Onion Powder
- 2 Tbl. Garlic Salt
- 3 Tbl. Cider Vinegar
- 1 C. Ketchup
- 1/4 C. Soy Sauce
- 1 12oz. can Crushed Pineapple with Juice
- 1/4 C. Packed Brown Sugar

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Arrange Chicken pieces in a single layer in a 9x13 in. baking dish that his been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

In a small bowl mix together Ginger, Paprika, Onion Powder and Garlic Salt. Add Cider Vinegar and mix well.

Divide mixture and brush half of mixture over the chicken pieces and bake 15 minutes.

Remove chicken from oven and turn. Brush chicken pieces with the remainder of the mixture. Return Chicken to oven and bake 15 minutes longer.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine Ketchup, Soy Sauce, Pineapple and Brown Sugar.

Spoon mixture over chicken and bake an additional 30 minutes.
