Cream Cheese Cupcakes
ingredients
- FILLING
- 8 oz cream cheese, soft
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 6 oz. semi sweet chips
- BATTER
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

Beat together all filling ingredients except chips, mixing well. Add the chips and stir to mix thoroughly; set aside.

Mix together all batter ingredients. Fill cups 1/2 full. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of filling mixture to each cup. Sprinkle each with confections sugar and nuts. Bake @ 350° for 30 to 35 minutes until just golden brown.
