Asparagus Asiago
ingredients
- 2 lbs asparagus spears, woody stems removed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 oz. from a piece of Asiago cheese

Heat oven to 400*.

Put asparagus on rimmed baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly; spread in one layer.

Roast 15 minutes or until tips are lightly browned and just fork tender.

With vegetable peeler, shave cheese into asparagus. Toss gently.
