• 2 large heads of garlic,sliced
• 3 celery ribs cut into pieces
• 3/4 cup dry wine
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
• 2 tablespoons,chopped basil or 3/4 tsp dried basil
• 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed hot pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
