Hot Salad Mexicana
ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 lg ripe avocad, cubed
- 2 tomatoes, cubed
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- kosher tortilla chips
- Dressing:
- 1 1/2 C mayo
- 1/3 C ketchup
- 5 oz salsa
- 1 T chili powder

Wash and chop lettuce. Add avocado, tomatoes and onions.

Combine dressing and add just before serving. Top with chips, toss and serve.
